In his role as President, he was responsible for managing all aspects of sales and operations while also leading cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.
In addition to his role as President, John also took on the responsibility of CEO in 2021, where he was responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company. With his extensive experience in leadership, he has been able to drive innovation and growth. Under his guidance, the company has seen significant growth and success, establishing itself as a leader in its industry. John's passion for mentoring and developing the next generation of leaders has also led to the creation of several successful programs within the company. He is committed to creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
John currently serves as President and Head of Operations at Faris Capital Partners.
